Lovely teas and cakes. There will be a tea tent and plenty of chairs and tables where you can sit and watch the fete action.
There will be an ice cream stall serving traditional dairy ices.

Anyone is welcome to help. Yes, this may well involve washing up, but there would be plenty of uproarious banter and, of course, free teas to sustain you.
